SYL is honoured to offer this valuable 3 hour workshop, SOLO. Enjoy the effects of washing the body in mindful movement accessing area’s in yourself with energy you didn’t know you could! Moving in dynamic ways, listening to subtle energy from within and allowing yourself to feel radiant. Release whats no longer required to lighten your load. A fabulous full morning to release, have fun and embrace.
Arrive in comfy clothes with mat if possible ready for the seasonal yoga full flow. Its an opportunity to learn more about where yoga stems from, reap the benefits from asana (postures lead with breathing awareness), pranayama, meditation and exploring new paths.
