Spring/Summers - first session of 2026 will be announced in April due to weather and diggers that re arrange the beautiful stones ready for us.
The class is focused on hearing your breath, in stillness and gentle movement to hear your inner truth; to become established with your mind and unite with the body, building strength, clarity and harmony.
Wondering if Yoga is for you? You have to just start. No more barriers in your head. The time to try is now. We live one life in this vehicle and we need to pay close attention to it; to mind patterns, fluctuations, waves in thought which have physical consequences.
Tread softly, making any thought or move kind and completely loving.
Only one who has an open mind, who can explore and evoke a spiritual practise, will gently awaken and unite their body, mind and soul. Igniting joy and peace from within, learning new practices in a world where peace, time and space are so important.

Private classes are available for individuals, friends, family, any age, mobility, in your home.

Private classes are suitable if you have any concerns with medical conditions, are wanting to progress at your own pace, have a choice of which avenues you wish to explore in more depth, i.e you are drawn to meditation more than asana (the physical practise) or wish to gain some knowledge, experience of chanting or develop spiritual insight which is as personal and unique as you are.
These sessions are open to total beginners or experienced practitioners -Yoga is always now.
You can choose where to start your journey: in your home or on the beach, or immersed in the woods for connection to the natural 5 great elements.
Our goal is to learn and develop personally from within. Each practise brings us closer to the true self, unity, peace, inner joy and light to radiate, heal and shine. Namaste x
Private 1 to 1 Yoga with Kate
1 hour sessions on a more personalised level, for specific healing, growth and progression.
In a one to one session your learning deepens, your experience changes and your personal requirements are focused.
The sessions are tailored according to your place in life, your needs, goals, and your personal health. The class is uniquely created specifically for you.
Yoga will help assist overcome anxiety, stress, insomnia and heal physical ailments, which all humans have normally a few at least - helping to create balance in the body, mind and connect to your spirit.
For overall well-being and raising spirits. For those who like to step into the unknown. Yoga provides a vast array of tools and techniques for compassion, strength, and joy for everyday life from dawn till dusk.
