Fridays 9.30am 1hr for all new and experienced yogi’s. The class is focused on hearing your breath, so whatever your mobility you can join in to enjoy the teachings passed down to envoke a spiritual practise and gentle awaken, unite body and mind. Meet on the beach with your mat, by rocks opposite 104a Sandgate High Street at 9.25am. No need to book, £10 per session.

Private classes are suitable if you have any concerns with medical conditions, are wanting to progress at your own pace, have a choice of which avenues you wish to explore in more depth, i.e you are drawn to meditation more than asana (the physical practise) or wish to gain some knowledge, experience of chanting or develop spiritual insight which is obviously as personal and unique, as you are created.

Total beginners and experienced practitioner’s - You decide when your time for yoga is now. In your home or on the beach, or immersed in the woods for connection to the natural 5 great elements.

Private session 1 x £60, x 3 = £162 (10% discount), 6 x £306(15% discount)

Private 1 to 1 Yoga with Kate

1 hour sessions on a more personalised level, for specific healing, growth and progression.

In a one to one session your learning deepens, your experience changes and your personal requirements are focused.

The sessions are tailored according to your place in life, your needs, goals, your personal health. The class is uniquely created specifically for you, as a true individual.

Yoga will help assist overcome anxiety, stress, insomnia and heal physical ailments, which all humans have normally a few at least - helping to create balance in the body, mind and connect to your spirit.

For overall well-being and raising spirits. For those who like to step into the unknown. Yoga provides a vast array of tools and techniques for compassion, strength, joy for everyday life from dawn till dusk.

The sessions are in the comfort your home or in nature - woods or beach.
