With years of dedicated study in yoga, Ayurveda, and massage therapy, Kate combines ancient wisdom with compassionate care. Thank you, the Trio workshop was a great way to spend a cold Saturday in November, the yoga was beautiful, the pranayama invigorating, food was delicious and walk was wonderful.
